Information on the treatment of personal data

In conjunction with Article 13 of the Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, N. 196 of the Creative Europe Desk Italia - Ufficio Cultura, following the procedures established by Legislative Decree N. 196/2003 on the protection of personal data.
The authority for the handling of data is Leila Nista residing for this task at the legal site in Rome, via Milano, 76 (leilagiuseppina.nista@beniculturali.it)
The interested party may, at any time, access the data regarding him/her, update it, correct it, integrate it and, more in general, exercise the rights presented in Article 7 of the Legislative Document 196/03 by contacting us at the following address : webmasterccpitaly@gmail.com.

The handling of personal data necessary to utilize the services that the http://cultura.cedesk.beniculturali.it/ portal offers form part of this objective.
The handling of personal data requested is indispensable for the allocation of these services.
The conferring of such data is, therefore, obligatory; it its absence, the requested services cannot be allocated and only the carrying out of those operations that do not require said data will be permitted.

The data will be used further to update the Partner Search Database of the http://cultura.cedesk.beniculturali.it/ portal.
In any case, the data and/or information will not be used by the society for any other scope different from that which has been indicated.

The data will be handled in respect to the norms in force, through print, informational, telematic, electronic means or by any other automated means, directed toward keeping it in memory, handling it, transmitting it and conserving it in environments with controlled access. All operations regarding personal data will be carried out exclusively by persons who have been appointed for this task and who will treat the data in such a way as to guarantee its security and reserve.

The data will be always handled by persons chosen for this responsibility by the Creative Europe Desk Italia - Ufficio Cultura, on the part of dependents and/or professionals who have the aim of carrying out specific services in the development or activities necessary for the execution of our services. The data will not be communicated to third parties nor will it be an object of circulation.

This last right is provided by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 which can be found reproduced in summary and which we invite all to read this norm to get to know personal rights in relationship to the guarding of the reservation of personal data.

Article.7 Legislative Decree. 196/2003

We note that Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 lists the relevant points in relation to personal data. In particular, there is noted the quality of the rights if the "interested party", to obtain, at any time, the confirmation of the existence of the lack thereof of personal data regarding the individual, even if has not yet been registered, and their communication in an intelligible form, as well as the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the end and manner of handing it;
c) of the logic applied in the case of handling it carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identifying measures of the titular authority and of those responsible
e) of the identifying measures of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to whom data could be communicated or could come to the knowledge in quality of the person responsible or in charge.

Further, the person has the right, in the quality of being an "interested party" to obtain:
f) updating, rectification or, if one has the interest, the integration of the data;
g) the cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form, or the blocking of data handled in violation of the law;
h) the expectation that the operations listed in letters f and g are brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data has been communicated or spread, except in cases where such completion is shown to be impossible or implies the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected rights.

Finally the following may be opposed in part or whole:
- the handling of the data, even though it is pertinent to the scope of gathering material for legitimate reasons;
- the handling of the data with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material or for the carrying out of market research or commercial communication.
